Symptoms

Om GST-tjänsten slutar fungera ibland krävs flera omstarter för att logga in på NMC.

Cause

NetWorker Management Console-databasen (NMC) är inkonsekvent eller så misslyckas åtkomsten till den ibland.

GST-loggen kan visa följande fel.

Resolution

Lös problemet genom att installera NMC på en annan värd för att verifiera ominstallationen.

  • Byt namn på NMC-mappen (hanteringsmappen).
  • Installera NetWorker Management Console (NMC) igen och konfigurera den.

Om det nyligen finns bra säkerhetskopior av NMC-databasen tillgängliga kan det hjälpa att återställa NMC-databasen.
