Symptoms

Періодично припиняючи роботу служби GST, потрібно кілька перезавантажень для входу в NMC.

Cause

База даних NetWorker Management Console (NMC) непостійна, або доступ до неї періодично не вдається.

У журналі GST можуть відображатися наведені нижче помилки.

Resolution

Встановлення NMC на інший хост для перевірки, повторна інсталяція вирішує проблему.

Порядок дій для перевстановлення NMC-сервера.

  • Uninstall NetWorker Management Console (NMC) - Не видаляйте програмне забезпечення сервера Networker
  • Перейменуйте папку NMC (папка «Керування»).
  • Знову встановіть NetWorker Management Console (NMC) і налаштуйте її.

Якщо є нещодавні хороші резервні копії баз даних NMC, відновлення бази даних NMC може допомогти.
