Symptoms

SRM 서버의 부팅|재부팅 중에 일부 또는 모든 서비스가 시작되지 않습니다.  서비스를 성공적으로 시작할 수 있습니다. 
'manage-modules.sh|manage-modules.cmd service start <module>'.

Linux SRM 서버에서 시작 스크립트 /etc/init.d/apg-service를 사용한 추가 테스트를 수행하면 status 명령도 올바르게 작동하지 않는 것으로 표시됩니다. 'service agp-services status'는 시작에 실패한 서비스를 반환하지 않습니다.

Cause

서비스 시작 모드가 수동 또는 비활성화로 설정되었습니다.

Resolution

Centralized Management-Physical>Overview-SRM< server-Collector-Manager>>< Modules>에서 'Configure Service' 버튼을> 확인합니다.  서비스 시작 모드가 자동으로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.

시작 모드 설정을 보여주는 /opt/APG/Collecting/Collector-Manager/<collector-manager>/conf/service-user.properties 파일도 있습니다.
