Symptoms

Tijdens een opstart|reboot van een SRM-server worden sommige of alle services niet gestart.  Services kunnen succesvol worden gestart met 
'manage-modules.sh|manage-modules.cmd service start <module>'.

Op een Linux SRM-server zullen extra tests met het opstartscript, /etc/init.d/apg-service uitwijzen dat het status-commando ook niet correct werkt: 'Service AGP-Services status' retourneert niet de services die niet konden worden gestart.

Cause

De opstartmodus van de service is ingesteld op Handmatig of Uitgeschakeld.

Resolution

Vink in Gecentraliseerd beheer-Fysiek>overzicht-SRM-server-Collector-Manager-modules<<>>>> de knop 'Service configureren' aan.  Zorg ervoor dat de opstartmodus van de service is ingesteld op Automatisch.

Er zal ook een bestand /opt/APG/Collecting/Collector-Manager/<collector-manager>/conf/service-user.properties zijn dat de instelling van de opstartmodus toont:
