Symptoms

Under en omstart | omstart av en SRM-server startar inte vissa eller alla tjänster.  Tjänsterna kan startas med 
'manage-modules.sh|manage-modules.cmd service start <module>'.

På en Linux SRM-server kommer ytterligare testning med startskriptet /etc/init.d/apg-service att visa att statuskommandot inte heller fungerar korrekt: "Service agp-services status" returnerar inte de tjänster som inte startade.

Cause

Tjänstens startläge har ställts in på Manuell eller Inaktiverad.

Resolution

I modulerna Centraliserad hantering-Fysisk översikt-SRM-server-Collector-Manager<<>>>>> markerar du knappen "Konfigurera tjänst".  Kontrollera att tjänstens startläge är inställt på Auto.
