Symptoms

MDM(Primary Metadata Manager)에서 명령을 실행하려고 하면 잘못된 세션으로 인해 ScaleIO 명령이 실패합니다.

# scli --mdm_ip  --login --username admin
Enter password:
Logged in. User role is Administrator. System ID is XXXXXXXXX

# scli --mdm_ip  --query_all_volumes
Error: MDM failed command. Status: Invalid session. Please login and try again.

Cause

MDM이 연결을 거부하는 원인은 CallHome 사용자 "Monitor"가 10분마다 다시 로그인하고 로그아웃하지 않는다는 것입니다. 이로 인해 사용자 로그인 세션이 누적되어 하드 시간 초과로 인해 트리거되기 전에 세션 테이블을 채웁니다.

Resolution

다음 두 줄을 제거(또는 주석)합니다. mdm/cfg/conf.txt, 두 MDM 모두에서 다음을 수행합니다.

user_session_hard_timeout_secs=86400 

user_session_timeout_secs=28800 Stop CallHome service temporarily

 

/opt/emc/scaleio/callhome/bin/delete_service.sh

MDM 서비스를 재시작합니다.

kill

10분 정도 기다린 후 문제를 해결합니다. scli 로그인한 후 명령을 실행하고 Call-Home 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.

./opt/emc/scaleio/callhome/bin/create_service.sh

Additional Information

이 오류는 ScaleIO CLI 세션 시간이 초과된 경우에도 발생할 수 있습니다.
