Cause
Dell PTAgent is not running
Resolution
- Check that ptagent is running on ESXi server:
/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent status
- If ptagent not running:
/etc/init.d/DellPTAgent start
- Check ptagent is listening on tcp port 8086:
esxcli network ip connection list | grep -i dellpt
- Retry workarounds.sh script from ACM
