• Il restore dell'immagine di una macchina virtuale ha esito negativo prima di visualizzare i byte di avanzamento, come si può vedere nei seguenti messaggi di errore dei log di attività:

• Gli errori riportati sopra indicano che il proxy ha tentato di recuperare i metadati della macchina virtuale da Data Domain, ma non è riuscito a comunicare con esso.
• Di conseguenza, la richiesta del proxy inviata a vCenter non è risultata valida e la creazione della macchina virtuale ha avuto esito negativo. 

• Durante l'avvio del restore, la modalità di crittografia in Data Domain viene mantenuta sul valore "Default" anche se il livello di crittografia è impostato su "High" durante il backup eseguito su Avamar e Data Domain.

• Per risolvere questo problema, seguire la procedura riportata di seguito quando si avvia il restore:

1- Assicurarsi che il livello di crittografia sia impostato su "High" in Avamar, come illustrato di seguito:

2- Cliccare quindi su "More Options" per impostare la crittografia su "High" in Data Domain, come illustrato di seguito:

• Il ripristino dell'immagine funzionerà correttamente.
