Cannot login to CloudIQ via phone app.

Cause

Resolution

Cannot login to CloudIQ via phone app, please try the following:

1. Login to CloudIQ via the browser on phone then log out and re-try the app again.

2. Make sure there are no special characters in the password, if yes, please change.

3. Is the phone app at the latest version? If not please upgrade.

4. Delete the app and reinstall app.
