Cause

Microsoftin Exchange 2010 -päivityksistä johtuva ristiriita sekaympäristössä.

Resolution

Vuosien 2010/2016 rinnakkaiselon myötä on tiettyjä vaatimuksia, jotta se toimisi.

Nämä vaatimukset ovat:    
  • Palvelutilin postilaatikon on aina oltava alemmassa Exchange-versiossa. Sen pitäisi olla viimeinen postilaatikko, joka siirtyy vuoteen 2016. Exchange 2010:een on määritettävä RPC over https.
  • Exchange 2016:ssa on oltava käytössä RPC over https. Exchange 2016:ssa on oletusarvoisesti MAPI over https, jota SourceOne ei tue. Käyttäjien on otettava RPC over https käyttöön ja määritettävä se oikein.
  • Kaikissa SourceOne-palvelimissa saa olla vain Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Ei muuta HF:ää tai päivitystä. Outlookin päivitykset on poistettava käytöstä.
  • Profiili on määritettävä Outlookissa, jotta Outlook käyttää RPC:tä https:n kautta välityspalvelimen osoittaessa 2016-palvelimeen. Määritä näitä muutoksia varten automaattinen haku.
  • Määritä oikeat postilaatikon käyttöoikeudet vuonna 2016 asennusoppaan mukaisesti.
