Cause

Conflitto dovuto agli aggiornamenti Microsoft su Exchange 2010 nell'ambiente misto.

Resolution

Con la coesistenza 2010/2016, ci sono alcuni requisiti per il suo funzionamento.

Questi requisiti sono:    
  • La cassetta postale dell'account di servizio deve essere sempre nella versione di Exchange precedente. Dovrebbe essere l'ultima casella di posta a passare al 2016. Exchange 2010 deve essere configurato con RPC su https.
  • Exchange 2016 deve avere RPC su https abilitato. Per impostazione predefinita, Exchange 2016 dispone di MAPI su https, che non è supportato da SourceOne. Gli utenti devono abilitare RPC su https e configurarlo correttamente.
  • In tutti i server SourceOne deve essere installato solo Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Nessun altro HF o aggiornamento. Gli aggiornamenti per Outlook devono essere disabilitati.
  • Il profilo deve essere configurato in Outlook in modo che Outlook utilizzi RPC su https con il server proxy che punta al server 2016. Per queste modifiche, configurare AutoDiscovery.
  • Impostare le autorizzazioni corrette per le caselle di posta nella versione 2016 in base alla guida all'installazione.

I KB2878254 e KB2889819 Microsoft sono stati ritirati da Microsoft. L'hotfix KB2889819 può essere richiesto al supporto EMC SourceOne.
