Microsoft Exchange 2010とMicrosoft Exchange 2016の混在環境で、EMC SourceOne Email Managementのジャーナル アクティビティーが失敗する

Cause

混在環境でのExchange 2010のMicrosoftアップデートによる競合。

Resolution

2010/2016の共存では、それが機能するための特定の要件があります

これらの要件は次のとおりです。    
  • サービス アカウント メールボックスは、常に下位バージョンのExchangeである必要があります。これは、2016 に移動する最後のメールボックスである必要があります。Exchange 2010 は、RPC over https を使用して構成する必要があります。
  • Exchange 2016 では、RPC over https が有効になっている必要があります。デフォルトでは、Exchange 2016には、SourceOneでサポートされていないhttps経由のMAPIがあります。ユーザーは、RPC over httpsを有効にし、正しく構成する必要があります。
  • すべてのSourceOneサーバーには 、Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819のみが必要です。他のHFまたはアップデートはありません。Outlookのアップデートを無効にする必要があります。
  • 2016サーバーを指すプロキシ サーバーで、OutlookがRPC over httpsを使用するように、Outlookでプロファイルを構成する必要があります。これらの変更については、自動検出を構成します。
  • インストール ガイドに従って、2016で正しいメールボックスのアクセス許可を設定します。

MicrosoftのKB2878254とKB2889819は、Microsoftによって撤回されました。KB2889819ホットフィックスは、EMC SourceOneサポートにリクエストできます。
