As atividades de registro no diário de gerenciamento de e-mail do EMC SourceOne falham em um ambiente misto do Microsoft Exchange 2010 e do Microsoft Exchange 2016.

Cause

Conflito devido a atualizações da Microsoft no Exchange 2010 no ambiente misto.

Resolution

Com a convivência 2010/2016, há alguns requisitos para que funcione.

Esses requisitos são:    
  • A caixa de correio da conta de serviço precisa estar sempre na versão inferior do Exchange. Deve ser a última caixa de correio a ser movida para 2016. O Exchange 2010 deve ser configurado com RPC sobre https.
  • O Exchange 2016 deve ter RPC sobre https habilitado. Por padrão, o Exchange 2016 tem MAPI sobre https que não é suportado pelo SourceOne. Os usuários devem habilitar o RPC via https e configurá-lo corretamente.
  • Todos os servidores SourceOne devem ter somente o Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Sem outro HF ou atualização. As atualizações para o Outlook devem ser desabilitadas.
  • O perfil deve ser configurado no Outlook para que o Outlook use RPC sobre https com o servidor proxy apontando para o servidor 2016. Para essas alterações, configure a Descoberta Automática.
  • Defina as permissões de caixa de correio corretas no 2016 de acordo com o guia de instalação.

O Microsoft KB2878254 e o KB2889819 foram retirados pela Microsoft. O hotfix KB2889819 pode ser solicitado ao suporte do EMC SourceOne.
