Cause

Karma ortamda Exchange 2010'daki Microsoft güncelleştirmeleri nedeniyle çakışma.

Resolution

2010/2016 bir arada yaşama ile çalışması için belirli gereksinimler vardır.

Bu gereksinimler şunlardır:    
  • Hizmet Hesabı posta kutusunun her zaman alt Exchange sürümünde olması gerekir. 2016'ya taşınacak son posta kutusu olmalıdır. Exchange 2010, https üzerinden RPC ile yapılandırılmalıdır.
  • Exchange 2016'da https üzerinden RPC etkin olmalıdır. Varsayılan olarak, Exchange 2016'da SourceOne tarafından desteklenmeyen https üzerinden MAPI vardır. Kullanıcıların https üzerinden RPC'yi etkinleştirmesi ve doğru şekilde yapılandırması gerekir.
  • Tüm SourceOne sunucularında yalnızca Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819 yüklü olmalıdır. Başka bir HF veya güncelleme yok. Outlook güncelleştirmeleri devre dışı bırakılmalıdır.
  • Profil, 2016 sunucusuna işaret eden proxy sunucusuyla https üzerinden RPC kullanan Outlook'a sahip olmak için Outlook'ta yapılandırılmalıdır. Bu değişiklikler için Otomatik Bulma'yı yapılandırın.
  • Kurulum kılavuzuna göre 2016'da doğru posta kutusu izinlerini ayarlayın.
