Cause

Konflikt på grund av Microsoft-uppdateringar på Exchange 2010 i den blandade miljön.

Resolution

Med 2010/2016 samexistens finns det vissa krav för att det ska fungera.

Dessa krav är:    
  • Postlådan för tjänstkontot måste alltid finnas på den lägre Exchange-versionen. Det bör vara den sista postlådan som flyttas till 2016. Exchange 2010 måste konfigureras med RPC via https.
  • Exchange 2016 måste ha RPC över https aktiverat. Som standard har Exchange 2016 MAPI över https som inte stöds av SourceOne. Användarna måste aktivera RPC via HTTPS och konfigurera det korrekt.
  • Alla SourceOne-servrar får endast ha Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819. Ingen annan HF eller uppdatering. Uppdateringar för Outlook måste inaktiveras.
  • Profilen måste konfigureras i Outlook för att Outlook ska kunna använda RPC via https med proxyservern som pekar på 2016-servern. Konfigurera automatisk upptäckt för dessa ändringar.
  • Ställ in rätt postlådebehörigheter för 2016 enligt installationsguiden.

Microsofts KB2878254 och KB2889819 har dragits tillbaka av Microsoft. Den KB2889819 snabbkorrigeringen kan begäras till EMC SourceOne-supporten.
