Questione:
L'interfaccia utente web riportava il seguente messaggio nella sezione "Replica - Automatica - Riepilogo", anziché lo stato di replica corrente.

Mutual trust may have to be reestablished

Nel frattempo, "replication show stats" e "replication status" della CLI hanno segnalato correttamente lo stato di replica corrente.

Sintomo:
Interfaccia utente web - Replica - Automatica - Riepilogo - selezionare un contesto/coppia di replica.

Errore durante la connessione all'host remoto:

Mutual trust may have to be reestablished between Management Host [<local-web-GUI-DD>] and [<remote-replication-DD>].

 

Cause

L'interfaccia utente web distingue tra maiuscole e minuscole.

Se remote-replication-DD viene aggiunto all'interfaccia utente web di local-DD (Replication > Automatic > Manage Systems) con maiuscole minuscole diverse rispetto al nome host effettivo e al record di attendibilità, l'interfaccia utente web non è in grado di individuare l'attendibilità corrispondente per il contesto/coppia di replica tra local-web-GUI-DD e remote-replication-DD e viene segnalato l'errore "Mutual trust may have to be reestablished".

Resolution

Risoluzione:
Ricreare il record in "Replication > Automatic > Manage Systems" e "trust" per rendere identiche le maiuscole maiuscole e minuscole del nome host DD-replica remota .

Procedura:

  1. Aggiungere una voce host falsa a local-web-GUI-DD utilizzando la CLI.

    net hosts add 1.1.1.1 a.b.com

  2. Disabilitare il contesto di replica utilizzando la CLI.

    replication disable <destination>

    Esempio:

    replication disable mtree://dd7200.datadomain.com/data/col1/testrepl

  3. Modificare un nome host DD di replica remota in un nome host falso utilizzando la CLI.

    replication modify <destination> destination-host|source-host  a.b.com

    Esempio:

    replication modify mtree://dd7200.datadomain.com/data/col1/testrepl source-host a.b.com

    *Se ddve_tse1 è la destinazione di replica, eseguire:

    replication modify mtree://DDVE_TSE1.datadomain.com/data/col1/testrepl destination-host a.b.com

  4. Rimuovere remote-replication-DD utilizzando l'interfaccia utente. Accedere all'interfaccia utente web di local-DD (Replication > Automatic > Manage Systems), selezionare remote-replication-DD, cliccare su Remove e su OK.

  5. Rimuovere l'attendibilità utilizzando la CLI.

    adminaccess trust del host <remote-replication-DD>

    Esempio:

    adminaccess trust del host ddve_tse1.datadomain.com

  6. Aggiungere remote-replication-DD con maiuscole effettive nel nome host utilizzando l'interfaccia utente. Durante l'operazione viene aggiunta una nuova attendibilità (è richiesta la password sysadmin). Accedere all'interfaccia utente web di local-DD (Replication > Automatic > Manage Systems), cliccare su Add: immettere il nome host remote-replication-DD con le maiuscole effettive, quindi cliccare su OK.

  7. Modificare il nome host remote-replication-DD nel nome host effettivo utilizzando la CLI.

    replication modify <destination> destination-host|source-host  <actual_FQDN>

    Esempio:

    replication modify mtree://dd7200.datadomain.com/data/col1/testrepl source-host ddve_tse1.datadomain.com

    *Se ddve_tse1 è la destinazione di replica, eseguire:

    replication modify mtree://a.b.com/data/col1/testrepl destination-host ddve_tse1.datadomain.com

  8. Abilitare il contesto di replica utilizzando la CLI.

    replication enable <destination>

    Esempio:

    replication enable mtree://dd7200.datadomain.com/data/col1/testrepl

  9. Controllare lo stato della replica utilizzando UI (Replication Automatic Summary).

  10. Eliminare la voce host falsa in local-web-GUI-DD utilizzando la CLI.

    net hosts del 1.1.1.1 a.b.com
