Symptoms
L'array di storage genera automaticamente un certificato autofirmato al momento dell'inizializzazione. Questo certificato scade dopo tre anni e dovrebbe rigenerarsi automaticamente un mese prima della data di scadenza. Questa rigenerazione automatica ha esito negativo.
Cause
Un problema di codice è stato identificato come causa dell'errore.
I registri di avvio TRiiAGE_full_StartLog o c4 riportano l'evento di scadenza quando i giorni scendono fino a un numero negativo:check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate expires: 137
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate start date: -957
...
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate expires: -50
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate start date: -1145
Resolution
Il certificato è stato rigenerato manualmente seguendo l'articolo della Knowledge Base KB 22509
Eseguire l'aggiornamento al livello di codice di destinazione più recente.
