Symptoms

Lagringsmatrisen genererar automatiskt ett självsignerat certifikat vid initiering. Det här certifikatet upphör att gälla efter tre år och bör automatiskt återskapas en månad före utgångsdatumet. Den här automatiska regenereringen misslyckas.

Cause

Ett kodproblem identifierades som orsaken till felet.

Startloggarna för TRiiAGE_full_StartLog eller C4 rapporterar förfallohändelsen när dagar listas ned till ett negativt tal:

check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate expires: 137
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate start date: -957
...
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate expires: -50
check_cert.sh Days until ssl certificate start date: -1145
 

Resolution

Certifikatet återskapades manuellt genom att följa KB-artikeln KB 22509
– Uppgradera till den senaste målkodsnivån.
