Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 整合是透過 vProxy 裝置進行設定。虛擬機器的增量備份作業成功且開始失敗，表示無法開啟備份描述項檔案。vProxy 備份會話記錄顯示：

Cause

「Err：5004-nfs lookup failed」 Data Domain DDBoost 訊息為一般錯誤訊息，可能會因為多種原因而出現。

在某一特定事件中，vProxy 增量備份無法在 Data Domain 檔案系統上開啟 BackupDescriptor.json 檔案，因為它無法使用\損毀。  由於 ESXi 主機中斷連線問題，且工作流程無法完成寫入或清理備份資料，在先前的備份突然終止時，BackupDescriptor.json 已損毀。  增量備份必須使用先前的增量備份檔案來附加變更區塊追蹤 （CBT） 資訊，並建立新的合成完整備份。

Resolution

在這種情況下，應在虛擬機器上執行新的完整層級備份。  完整層級備份會建立新的目錄，而不會在 Data Domain 檔案系統上使用先前的增量備份資料。
