6세대 노드의 경우 노드 펌웨어 업데이트를 수행하려면 각 노드에서 M.2 Vault 카드를 사용해야 합니다.  M.2 볼트 카드가 없거나 장애가 발생한 경우 해당 노드에서 노드 펌웨어 업데이트를 수행하려고 하면 오류가 발생합니다.

업그레이드 보기의 오류 외에도 오류가 발생한 노드의 로그 파일 /var/log/isi_firmware.log에는 다음과 유사한 "no such object ada0"이 포함된 줄이 있습니다.

이 문제가 발생하면 노드의 M.2 볼트 카드를 교체해야 합니다.

Additional Information

Isilon On-Cluster Analysis 상태 점검 스크립트에는 M.2 볼트 카드가 누락되었거나 SMART 상태 임계값을 초과한 경우를 식별하는 검사가 포함되어 있으며 다음과 유사한 결과가 보고될 수 있습니다.

  FAIL: The vault card located at ada0 in the following Generation 6 nodes are reporting SMART status is threshold exceeded: 1

To run only the check for the Vault Card, use the following additional argument when running the Isilon On-Cluster Analysis tool: --run=checkVaultCard
