Symptoms
In DPA GUI, when running a report (eg. All Jobs), the number 1000.12 will be displayed as '1.000,12' whereas one expects '1,000.12' in the report.
In one instance where this is observed, this only happens when using Chrome whereas Firefox can display the number 1000.12 as '1,000.12'.

Cause
DPA functions as designed.
Issue is with the browser setting.
Resolution
In one instance where is observed, Chrome start to display number 1000.12 as '1,000.12' after changing the display language from 'espanol' to 'espanol (Mexico)'.
How to change display language in Chrome:
1.Go to Chrome Options (3 vertical pips in the top right hand corner)
2.Choose Settings.
3.Expand Advanced.
4.Click on Languages.
5.Under Languages, expand Language.
6.Click Add language, then add a language (eg. espanol (Mexico)).
7.Click on the 3 vertical pips on the right of this language (espanol (Mexico)) then choose Display Google Chrome in this language.
8.Restart Chrome.
