Symptoms


Under implementering af DP5300 mislykkes det ved 9 % med fejl: Failed to configure the license.

Cause

Dette er et licensproblem. DP5300 understøtter ikke Cloud Tier, men licensen har en Cloud Tier-licens inkluderet.

Resolution

Kontakt licensteamet, og få afsnittet om Cloud Tier fjernet fra licensen. 
Når dette er fjernet, kan du køre installationen igen med den nye licens.
