Symptoms


Während der Bereitstellung von DP5300 schlägt sie bei 9 % mit dem folgenden Fehler fehl: Failed to configure the license.

Cause

Dies ist ein Lizenzproblem. Die DP5300 unterstützt kein Cloud-Tier, die Lizenz enthält jedoch eine Cloud-Tier-Lizenz.

Resolution

Wenden Sie sich an das Lizenzierungsteam und lassen Sie den Abschnitt "Cloud Tier" aus der Lizenz entfernen. 
Sobald dies entfernt wurde, können Sie die Bereitstellung mit der neuen Lizenz erneut ausführen.
