Symptoms


Durante il deployment di DP5300, l'operazione ha esito negativo al 9% con errore: Failed to configure the license.

Cause

Si tratta di un problema di licenza. DP5300 non supporta cloud tier, ma la licenza include una licenza cloud tier.

Resolution

Contattare il team addetto alle licenze per rimuovere la sezione Cloud Tier dalla licenza. 
Una volta rimossa, è possibile eseguire nuovamente l'implementazione con la nuova licenza.
