Symptoms


Tijdens de implementatie van DP5300 mislukt het bij 9% met fout: Failed to configure the license.

Cause

Dit is een licentieprobleem. DP5300 biedt geen ondersteuning voor Cloud Tier, maar de licentie bevat wel een Cloud Tier-licentie.

Resolution

Neem contact op met het licentieteam en laat het gedeelte Cloud Tier uit de licentie verwijderen. 
Zodra dit is verwijderd, kunt u de implementatie opnieuw uitvoeren met de nieuwe licentie.
