Symptoms

  • VMware-Recovery auf Dateiebene

Cause

Avamar Proxy-Protokolle sind für eine umfassendere Analyse erforderlich.

Resolution

Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um die Avamar-Proxyprotokolle zu erfassen:

  1. Melden Sie sich bei einem Avamar-Proxy an, für den ein Troubleshooting erforderlich ist.
  2. Rechterhöhung zum Root-Nutzer:
su - root
  1. Führen Sie den folgenden Befehl aus: 
cd /usr/local/avamarclient/bin/; ./FileCollector 2>/dev/null && tar cvfz /usr/local/avamarclient/bin/logs/ProxyBundle.tgz /var/avamar/axion* /usr/local/avamarclient/bin/logs/FlrDefaultLogBundleName.zip
  1. Erfassen Sie das Proxyprotokollpaket, das mit dem vorherigen Befehl erzeugt wurde:
/usr/local/avamarclient/bin/logs/ProxyBundle.tgz
