Påverkan

Det går inte att hantera VxFlex OS-miljön.

Cause

Den felaktiga Java-versionen är installerad på IM Gateway-servern.
I det här fallet användes OpenJDK, medan PowerFlex OS 3.0.x endast har stöd för Oracle Java.

 

Resolution

Installera Oracle Java-versionen som stöds.
Se PowerFlex-distributionsmanualen för vilka versioner som stöds.

PowerFlex OS 3.x – före PowerFlex 3.5

Åtgärdat i version

Inte en PowerFlex, snarare ett kompatibilitetsproblem Från och med PowerFlex 3.5 stöds nu OpenJDK.
