Impacto

Não é possível gerenciar o ambiente do VxFlex OS.

Cause

A versão incorreta do Java é instalada no servidor de gateway do IM.
Nesse caso, o OpenJDK foi usado, enquanto o PowerFlex OS 3.0.x é compatível apenas com Oracle Java.

 

Resolution

Instale a versão compatível do Oracle Java.

PowerFlex OS 3.x - antes do PowerFlex 3.5

Correção feita na versão

Não é um PowerFlex, mas sim um problema de compatibilidade A partir do PowerFlex 3.5, agora há suporte para OpenJDK.
