Symptoms
當自訂使用者嘗試登入 Avamar Administrator 主控台時，會發生下列錯誤：
Exit code 69: Authentication failure (Invalid password? User disabled?) Cause
如果密碼包含英數字元、連字號、句點或底線以外的字元，則會導致登入 Avamar Administrator 主控台時發生錯誤。
Resolution
注意：此程序僅適用於自訂使用者。
1.確認密碼僅包含英數字元、連字號、句點或底線字元：
avmgr logn --id=<custom-user> --ap=<custom-user-password>
例如：
avmgr logn --id=Backup_Manager1 --ap=password43
如果密碼正確，輸出會類似於以下內容：
1 Request succeeded
4601 privilege level (enabled,create,read,backup,access,move,delete,noticketrequired)
2 block type (directory)
2.如果密碼不包含不支援的字元，請變更密碼，然後重試 UI 登入。
