Symptoms
当自定义用户尝试登录到 Avamar Administrator 控制台时，会发生以下错误：
Exit code 69: Authentication failure (Invalid password? User disabled?) Cause
如果密码包含字母数字、连字符、句点或下划线以外的字符，则会导致登录到 Avamar 管理员控制台时出错。
Resolution
提醒：此过程仅适用于自定义用户。
1.验证密码是否仅包含字母数字、连字符、句点或下划线字符：
avmgr logn --id=<custom-user> --ap=<custom-user-password>
例如：
avmgr logn --id=Backup_Manager1 --ap=password43
如果密码正确，输出将类似于以下内容：
1 Request succeeded
4601 privilege level (enabled,create,read,backup,access,move,delete,noticketrequired)
2 block type (directory)
2.如果密码包含不支持的字符，请更改密码，然后重试 UI 登录。
