Symptoms

The PowerStoreOS upgrade packages can be found on the Dell Support website under your PowerStore product pages.
NOTE: Starting with PowerStoreOS v2, upgrade files are no longer posted on Dell Digital Locker (DDL).

 

How to find and download PowerStoreOS upgrade packages from the Dell Support Site

  1. Go to the Dell download website and Sign in

  1. Search for the PowerStore system service tag

  1. Click the Drivers & Downloads tab.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Select All then the downloads should be visible. 
If these files are not visible, open a support case with support@emc.com to have your account permissions reviewed.
