Dell Advanced Threat Preventionのプロビジョニング プロセスでは、Dell Security Management Serverの定義済みホスト名を使用します。ホスト名は、SaaS接続ごとに一意である必要があります。

Dell Security Management Server(旧Dell Data Protection |Enterprise Edition Server)またはDell Security Management Server Virtual(旧Dell Data Protection |Virtual Edition)を参照してください。

ホスト名の競合を解決するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. Dell Security Management Serverにログインします。
  2. [スタート]メニューを右クリックし、[ファイル名を指定して実行]を選択します。

  1. [ファイル名を指定して実行]ユーザー インターフェイス(UI)で、「 services.msc 」と入力し、[ OK]を押します。

  1. サービスUIを最小化します。
  2. Windowsエクスプローラーを開き、 C:\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Security Server\confに移動して application.propertiesを右クリックし、 編集を選択します。

注：
  • リストされているファイル パスはデフォルトのインストール ディレクトリーであり、ご使用の環境によって異なる場合があります。
  • この例では、Notepad++を使用して編集を行っています。任意のテキストエディタを使用できます。
  1. atp.tenant.name を見つけます。

application.propertiesで atp.ltenant.name を見つけます。

  1. atp.tenant.name のホスト名値を一意のホスト名で更新します。

  • 一意のホスト名を確保するために、デル・テクノロジーズでは、 atp.tenant.name をDell Security Management ServerのFQDNにアップデートし、現在の日付を末尾に追加することをお勧めします。
  • この例では、dellddp.domain.localがdellddp.domain.local.DDMMYYYYにアップデートされています。
  1. application.propertiesの変更を保存します。
  2. テキストエディタを終了します。
  3. サービスUIを最大化します。
  4. サービスを開始します。
    • Dell Message Broker
    • Dell Compatibility Server
    • Dell Core Server
    • Dell Security Server
    • Dell Key Server
    • Dell Policy Proxy
    • Dell Device Server
    • Dell Compliance Reporter
  5. Dell Security Management Server管理コンソールを再起動してから、Advanced Threat Preventionサービスのプロビジョニングを再試行します。
  1. Dell Security Management Server Virtualサービスを停止します。
注：詳細については、「 Dell Security Management Server Virtualサービスを停止する方法」を参照してください。
  1. メイン メニューで、[ Launch Shell ]までスクロールし、Enterを押します。

  2. ddpsupportパスワードを入力し、Enterを押します。

  1. コマンド cd /opt/dell/server/security-server/conf/ Enterキーを押します。

  1. コマンド sudo vi application.properties Enterキーを押します。

  1. application.propertiesで、 atp.tenant.name までスクロールし、 Insertを押します。

  1. atp.tenant.name の値を一意のホスト名で更新します。

  1. Esc キーを押して、INSERT フラグを削除します。
  2. コマンド :wq 次に、Enterを押して変更を書き出します。

  1. コマンド exit メイン メニューのUIに戻るまで Enter を押します。メイン メニューに戻るには、exitとenterを複数回入力する必要がある場合があります。
  2. [Main Menu]で[Basic Configuration]に移動し、[Start Application]を選択して Enterを押します。

  1. Dell Security Management Server管理コンソールを再起動してから、Advanced Threat Preventionサービスのプロビジョニングを再試行します。
