Dell Advanced Threat Prevention 的隨需分配程序會使用 Dell Security Management Server 定義的主機名稱。每個 SaaS 連線的主機名稱都必須是唯一的。

若要解決主機名稱衝突：
- 登入 Dell Security Management Server。
- 在 開始功能表 按鈕上按右鍵，然後選取 執行。

- 開啟 Windows 檔案總管，前往 C：\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Security Server\conf，以滑鼠右鍵按一下 application.properties，然後選擇 編輯。

- 列出的檔案路徑為預設安裝目錄，且會依您的環境而有所不同。

- 找到 atp.tenant.name。

- 停止 Dell Security Management Server Virtual 服務。
