Dell Encryption Personal で暗号化を設定できない

問題の原因を特定するには、診断情報バンドルからC:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protect\Encryption\LMS\LogsまたはLogBundleName\ProgramFiles-DDP\Encryption\LMS\LogsでLMS output.logを開きます。以下に、エラーの例を示します。

この問題を解決するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Dell Encryption Personal（旧Dell Data Protection | Personal Edition）をアンインストールします。
2. Dell Encryptionが削除され、すべてのファイルが復号化されていることを確認したら、次の手順を実行します。
   • C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data ProtectionのEncryptionフォルダーを削除します。
   • v8.15以降では、次のフォルダーを削除する必要があります：c:\programdata\dell\dell data protection\encryptionの表示が試行されます。

3. コンピューターからcredsecagent$adminローカル アカウントを削除します。

4. Dell Encryptionを再インストールします。

Windows Home Editionには、コンピューター管理スナップイン内のローカル ユーザーとグループは含まれません。アカウントの検証と削除credsecagent$adminは、管理者としてPowershellを使用して行うことができます。

管理用Powershellセッション内:

ローカル ユーザーを確認します。

Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_UserAccount -Filter "LocalAccount='True'"

credsecagent$adminアカウントが見つかった場合は、同じ管理者向けPowershellセッション内で次のコマンドを実行して削除できます。

net user ‘credsecagent$admin’ /DELETE
