要解決此問題：

  1. 解除安裝 Dell Encryption Personal (先前稱為 Dell Data Protection | Personal Edition)。
  2. 移除 Dell Encryption 後，且您已確認所有檔案都已加密。
    • 刪除在 C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection 中的「加密」資料夾。
    • 從 v8.15 及更新版本開始，您必須刪除下列資料夾：c:\programdata\dell\dell data protection\encryption。
