Upgraded Dell Data Protection Shield wordt niet opnieuw geactiveerd

Falen om opnieuw te activeren als gevolg van upgrades kan worden waargenomen in de CMGShield.log (C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption) met wisselende versies:

Niet van toepassing

Als CMGShield.log afwisselende versies heeft, bestaan er twee exemplaren van CMGShieldNP.dll op dezelfde computer, één in elk pad hieronder:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32

U kunt het probleem oplossen door het bestand te hernoemen naar C:\WIndows\System32 zodat het bestand CMGShieldNP_Old.dll en start u de computer opnieuw op.
