Resolution

Se CMGShield.log tiver versões alternadas, haverá duas cópias do CMGShieldNP.dll no mesmo computador, uma em cada caminho abaixo:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
Nota: Os locais são baseados nos locais de instalação padrão. As instalações personalizadas podem ter caminhos de diretório diferentes.

Para resolver o problema, renomeie o arquivo em C:\WIndows\System32 para CMGShieldNP_Old.dll e reinicie o computador.
