Om CMGShield.log har alternerande versioner finns det två kopior av CMGShieldNP.dll på samma dator, en i varje sökväg nedan:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
Obs! Platserna baseras på standardinstallationsplatser. Anpassade installationer kan ha olika katalogsökvägar.

Lös problemet genom att byta namn på filen till C:\WIndows\System32 till CMGShieldNP_Old.dll och starta om datorn.
