Resolution

Se CMGShield.log dispone di versioni alternative, sullo stesso computer esistono due copie di CMGShieldNP.dll, una in ciascun percorso riportato di seguito:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
Nota: I percorsi si basano sui percorsi di installazione predefiniti. Le installazioni personalizzate possono avere percorsi di directory diversi.

Per risolvere il problema, rinominare il file in C:\Windows\System32 in CMGShieldNP_Old.dll e riavviare il computer.
