Jos CMGShield.log on vuorottelevia versioita, samassa tietokoneessa on kaksi kopiota CMGShieldNP.dll, yksi kussakin alla olevassa polussa:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption
C:\Windows\System32
Huomautus: Sijainnit perustuvat oletusasennussijainteihin. Mukautetuilla asennuksilla voi olla eri hakemistopolut.

Korjaa ongelma nimeämällä tiedosto kansiossa C:\WIndows\System32 uudelleen nimellä CMGShieldNP_Old.dll ja käynnistämällä tietokone uudelleen.
