対処方法:

BIOSの特定の設定をアップデートします。PBAが有効になっている場合、デル・テクノロジーズでは、可能な場合は、BIOS設定を変更する前に無効にすることをお勧めします。

BIOSを起動するには、マシンの再起動中に F2を押します。

[System Configuration]で[Thunderbolt Adapter Configuration]を選択し、セキュリティ レベルを[Security Level - No Security]に設定します。

この設定により、事前承認なしで、コンピューターに接続されている新しいThunderboltデバイスへのフルアクセスが自動的に許可されます。PBA を再度有効にします。
