Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition cannot recognize an underscore when naming server hostnames and domain names and using them prevents connectivity.
If an underscore is used, Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition cannot activate new users, login to console with domain credentials or load admin roles.

Resolution
Issue was resolved in v9.3 server.
Workarounds:
- Modify internal connections to an alias that does not contain an underscore.
- Add a UPN Suffix that does not contain an underscore.
- Modify internal connections to use an IP address.
