在全新安装 Windows 10 后，您可能无法在系统上安装指纹读取器。在设备管理器中，指纹读取器显示以下错误：“This device cannot start （code 10）， The current device power state cannot support this request.”（此设备无法启动（代码 10），当前设备电源状态无法支持此请求。”
Dell Data Protection |安全工具与 Windows 10 不兼容。此外，Windows 10 必须管理指纹扫描仪。
要解决此问题，请执行以下操作：
- 从戴尔支持网站下载 Dell ControlVault 驱动程序并运行该安装程序。
- 从戴尔支持网站下载 Dell ControlVault 固件并运行该安装程序。
- 在 Windows 中，导航到
C:\dell\Drivers\GDFGW\firmware，双击并运行ushupgrade.exe。
提醒：应该运行ushupgrade.exe失败，双击并运行fwupgrdtool.exe从同一文件夹中。
在重新引导系统后，Windows 10 应能够识别指纹扫描仪。
