Dell Encryption Enterprise Shield(旧Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition Shield)およびDell Encryption Personal(旧Dell Data Protection Personal Edition)には、コンピューター イベントが発生すると、ユーザー画面の右下に表示されるデフォルトでオンスクリーン ステータス通知があります。画面上の通知は、エンド ユーザーにはトースターまたはポップアップ画面とも呼ばれます。これらは、エンドポイントまたはサーバーの設定を変更することで抑制できます。

画面上の通知を無効にするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. Dell Security Management Server(旧Dell Data Protection |Enterprise Edition)管理コンソールのWebユーザー インターフェイス。
  2. [Security Policies]タブで[File/Folder Encryption (FFE)]を選択します
  3. 下にスクロールして、[ 詳細設定の表示]を選択します。
  4. [ ファイル コンテンツの通知を抑制する]まで下にスクロールし、チェックを入れるボックスを選択します。

画面上の通知を無効にするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. Dell Data Protection |Enterprise Edition Serverの管理コンソール
  2. [Enterprise]の下の [Security Policies]タブ
  3. [ポリシー]で[Windows Encryption]を選択します
  4. Suppress file content notificationまで下にスクロールし、値をtrueに設定します。

Warning: 次の手順は、Windowsレジストリーの編集です。

次のキーを追加して、エンドポイントのレジストリー設定で抑制設定を適用します。

  1. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CredantCMGShield]に移動します。
  2. "NotifyOnlyWhenPolicyRetrieved" = REG_DWORD:0の編集
  3. 値を 1 に設定します。
注：デルのデータ保護 |Enterprise Editionのお客様は、サーバー ポリシーを変更する代わりに、このレジストリー設定をエンドポイントに適用できます。
