Ingen bild när skärmen slås på

Det kan hända att det inte visas någon bild på Dell-skärmar som är anslutna till DisplayPort (DP) på moderkortet i OptiPlex-datorer som visas nedan. Detta inträffar när skärmen slås på efter att systemet har startats.

Cause

Detta fungerar som väntat. För Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) Graphics Output Protocol (GOP) krävs att skärmen hämtar Extended Display Identification Data-data (EDID) först. När data har tagits emot matar den ut video till monitorn.

Resolution

Det är förväntat beteende där utformningen av snabbkopplingsidentifiering följer UEFI GOP- och DP-standard.

Undvik den här situationen genom att slå på skärmen först och sedan slå på systemet, så att skärmen kan identifieras.
