有機ELパネル搭載のInspiron 7500またはDell G7 7590で、Windowsを起動する前に輝度レベルが自動的に最大に調整される、という報告を受けることがあります。例えば、BIOSまたはePSAでは、パネルの輝度が常に最高輝度になり、BIOSで輝度レベルを変更しても有効になりません。輝度レベルを制御するには、オペレーティング システム環境にドライバーをロードする必要があります。

Cause

インテル グラフィックス ソリューションでは、グラフィックス出力プロトコル(GOP)によってOLEDパネルの輝度を制御できません。

Resolution

OLEDパネルの明るさは、オペレーティング システムの起動後にのみ制御できます。
