El enrutamiento de unidifusión IPv6 debe estar habilitado: 
switch(config)# ipv6 unicast-routing
La VLAN que se utiliza como VLAN predeterminada para el tráfico sin etiquetar (VLAN nativa) debe tener IPv6 habilitada explícitamente: 
switch(config)#interface vlan 3
switch(config-if)# ipv6 enable
Nota: Los canales de puerto son necesarios para PowerStore T.

Los canales de puerto se deben configurar uno para cada nodo en el modo de protocolo de control de agregación de enlaces (LACP) (activo): 
switch(config)# interface type slot
switch(config-if)# channel-group number mode active
Los puertos de borde deben configurarse con portfast: 
switch(config-if)# spanning-tree portfast trunk
Algunos modelos utilizan lo siguiente en lugar de lo anterior: 
switch(config-if)# spanning-tree port type edge
