Learn about the steps for collecting the logs for Wyse Management Suite (Private Cloud).
Affected Products:

Affected Versions:
- v4.4.0.211 and later
Wyse Management Suite logs may be collected to troubleshoot:
- Installations
- Apache Tomcat
- MongoDB
Logs may be available from multiple directories for different functions. A support representative may request these to troubleshoot failed installations and more.
- WMS Install log:
C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Iog-DDMMYYYY-HHMMSS\WMSlnstall.log
Note:
DDMMYYYY= Day, month, and year of installationHHMMSS= Hour, minute, and second of installation
- WMS Portal and Web service log:
C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-10\stratus.log
- MongoDB log:
C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\MongoDB\mongod.log
- Apache Tomcat logs:
C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-10\logs\*
Note:
- The Apache Tomcat log directory contains multiple logs that are used in troubleshooting.
- Log directories may vary if Wyse Management Suite (Private Cloud) is installed to a custom directory.
