备份

从 Dell Security Management Server 备份 Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db。

导入

1. 右键单击 Windows 的“开始”菜单，然后单击运行。
   
2. 在 “运行 ”UI 中，键入 services.msc 然后按 OK。这将打开 “服务” UI。
   
3. 在 “服务” UI 中，右键单击 Dell Compliance Reporter ，然后单击 停止。
   
4. 请转至 Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db 然后删除：
   • cmgreports.<VALUE>.log
   • cmgreports.data
   • cmgreports.index
   • cmgreports.lock
   • cmgreports.trace
   
   提醒：

   • 如果在安装过程中选择了另一个目录，那么 Compliance Reporter 的位置可能与示例不同。
   • 在 cmgreport.<VALUE>.log开始， [VALUE] 表示在您的环境中可能会有所不同的数值。
5. 将以下文件从备份或自定义报告移动到 Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\web-inf\reports\db：
   • cmgreports.<VALUE>.log
   • cmgreports.data
   • cmgreports.index
   • cmgreports.lock
   • cmgreports.trace
   
6. 从 ServicesUI 中，右键单击 Dell Compliance Reporter ，然后单击 Start。
