1. Power Button No Longer Used to Indicate Power Status

On certain new Dell Latitude systems, the Power Button is no longer used to provide an indication of the power status of the system and as a result, does not illuminate when pressed. A separate power indicator is used.

Systems affected by this change

3000 Series
  • Latitude 14 - 3460 and 3470
  • Latitude 15 - 3560 and 3570

On the following models, the Power Button is located next to the upper right-hand corner of the keyboard.
